Vučić arrived in Sarajevo, meeting with the BiH Presidency members

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić arrived for a two-day visit to BiH. This is Vučić's first visit to our country since he became the President of Serbia. He previously visited as Prime Minister.

Vučić was welcomed with an Honour Guard in front of the BiH Presidency building, after which a meeting with the three Presidency members began, writes Patria agency.

He will also hold a press conference, and a meeting with Metropolitan Chrysostom of Dabar-Bosna is planned.

The visit of Serbian President Vučić carries particular weight considering that his predecessor Tomislav Nikolić never came for an official visit to Sarajevo, although his visit was long announced but never happened.

After the meeting at the Presidency, Vučić will meet with members of the Assembly of East Sarajevo.

On Friday, Vučić will meet with members of both chambers of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, and then with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdić.
