Vučić on the attempted coup in Russia: All credit to Lukashenko, but Putin finished this

(Patria) - Serbia, as a serious state, will not support a coup in any country, that is something that goes without saying. We did not support a coup in Turkey, Russia, or even in America. Power is won through elections.

This was stated by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, as a guest on television Pink, commenting on yesterday's attempted coup in Russia.

Vučić noted that he admires people who always have to react at the moment something happens and always know everything.

- I cannot, as president, speak out like that, like an analyst. Serbia will never support a coup or overthrow in any country. Power changes through elections, by the clearly expressed will of the citizens.

This is not an event that will leave no consequences for the situation on the battlefield in Ukraine and for the internal political situation. I think this will have deep and serious consequences - Vučić assessed.

He also believes there is no doubt that a foreign factor is involved.

- As president, I do not want to talk about who is participating from outside, but do not have any doubts.

When Prigozhin says "well, those are not motives for war, war is unnecessary"..., you see that no one is deeply engaged in research.

Unlike most who think "the mountain labored and brought forth a mouse", I think this will have serious consequences. Putin spoke about the First World War, I don't know how much viewers know, that Russia did not lose in the First War.

He is of the opinion that the situation was resolved solely thanks to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Asked how the weakening of Putin would affect Serbia, Vučić says:
