Vucic and Dacic Renew Rhetoric Worse Than Milosevic's Wartime Incitement in the 90s

For the umpteenth time, the Serbian regime is bombarding Bosnia and Herzegovina with wartime rhetoric. Following statements by retired Army of BiH General Sefer Halilovic, who is also participating in the campaign for local elections in BiH, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic "wanted to interrupt his trip to the USA", writes Patria.

Vucic said that the interruption of the US visit is not excluded, and that he will make a decision after talking with his team and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

- I hope the situation will not worsen, because if the situation were to worsen, my obligation is to always be with my people and with the citizens of Serbia, Vucic emphasized.

Vucic, who is on a multi-day visit to the USA, said after a meeting at the UN that "citizens can be at ease and that Republika Srpska will not disappear whether the referendum is held or not".

Immediately after Vucic, Ivica Dacic, Serbia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, also reacted with war cries.

Ordinary citizens, and world media in general, do not understand the motives for such verbal escalations by Serbian leaders.

World media are openly writing that Vucic and Dacic have renewed a rhetoric that is even worse than Milosevic's wartime incitement in the 1990s. 'Associated Press' says that wartime rhetoric is being renewed in the Balkans. The Serbian portal 'Teleprompter' described the inappropriate reaction of the Serbian media as schizophrenic, calling Vucic the main war-monger.

For the citizens of BiH, Vucic is a politician who first speaks in the style of war incitement, and then makes peace-time statements, making it seem as if he is calming himself down.

After the positive dialogue that Vucic had in a television appearance with former US President Bill Clinton and the Mayor of Srebrenica, Ćamil Duraković, the Serbian leader seemed unable to bear even praise from Bill Clinton without immediately erasing it by creating another drama against BiH. Serbian media consider Clinton a war criminal due to NATO bombing of Serbia.

'Informer' is Vucic's newspaper and has regularly threatened war on its covers and poisoned the masses with all sorts of war cries. Here are the headlines in Vucic's 'Informer': 'Putin would fight for Serbia', 'Croats in panic - Serbia is preparing for war', 'Putin is sending more planes, tanks, missiles', 'Russia is sending us S-300', 'Putin is sending us Scud missiles', 'Bakir is ready for war', 'Croats, you have no chance' (in case of war)...

'If the Muslims want war, they will get it,' said Minister Dacic to the pro-regime Kurir.

Even the public television service of Serbia has turned into yellow journalism, supporting the regime's war dramaturgy against BiH.

The horrifying media war propaganda in Serbia, fueled by the statements and constant threats of Serbian leaders Vucic, Dacic, and Vulin, has prompted NATO Military Committee Chairman General Petr Pavel to highlight the threats to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

When Vucic speaks of war and threatens today, he is reminiscent of his wartime speech. Namely, on July 20, 1995, he said at the podium of the National Assembly of Serbia: 'Kill one Serb and we will kill 100 Muslims'. Twenty-one years later, Vucic seems to be repeating his threats.
