
SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Today's session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has not been held for more than a month except for one telephone session on May 14, has a comprehensive agenda with 71 items.
Thus, the Council of Ministers will consider the Information on the situation in the field of migration in Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the increased influx of migrants into Bosnia and Herzegovina. There will also be discussion about the held Annual Meeting of the EBRD Board of Governors in 2019, which gathered more than 3,000 participants. The EBRD announced that 400 million euros are planned for Bosnia and Herzegovina this year.
Before the ministers is also the Information on activities undertaken on the project „Construction of the highway/expressway Sarajevo – Belgrade – Sarajevo“. This project, significant for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia and for stronger connectivity, especially in infrastructural terms, was also discussed during the visit of members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Turkey and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the beginning of May. It was then agreed to intensify preparations for this project.
Also on the agenda is the Proposal for a decision on allocating space to the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the purpose of establishing a joint contact point for cooperation with EUROPOL on the ground floor of the Friendship Building between Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina. For two years, there has been no agreement on the contact point with EUROPOL, and it was planned to be the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, which is under the auspices of the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
