Sarajevo to Podgorica and Tirana Flights to Be Established Soon

(Patria) - As a result of joint activities of the International Airport with partners from the tourism sector and the Montenegrin airline Air Montenegro, negotiations regarding the establishment of direct flights between Sarajevo and Tirana, and Podgorica and Sarajevo have been successfully concluded.

- Flights to these two destinations will be operated within the summer flight schedule from June 19 to September 18. Charter flights to Tirana will be operated every Monday, departing from Sarajevo at 09:40 local time, and regular flights to Podgorica are also planned for Mondays at 12:40 local time.

- The establishment of new routes is precisely the result of our proactive approach, as well as the fact that Sarajevo Airport plays a key role in the significant development of tourism and the improvement of BiH's air connectivity in terms of connecting and networking the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the rest of the world. Therefore, this is the result of our continuous work on connecting Sarajevo with as many destinations as possible, so our users can expect the arrival of new airlines and the opening of new attractive destinations in the coming period, about which the public will be informed in a timely manner," said the International Airport Sarajevo.
