(Patria) - The police attaché of the Slovenian Embassy in BiH forwarded to the Ministry of Security of BiH and the Border Police of BiH a notification from the Operational Headquarters of the Slovenian Police, which pertains to persons from BiH returning to Slovenia.
This concerns news related to the entry of third-country nationals who have approved regular residence in Slovenia - they work in transport companies as truck drivers and are returning to work from temporary leave (annual leave and the like). They are not subject to the 14-day quarantine rules, provided they enter Slovenia at the border crossings Gruškovje (Macelj), Obrežje (Bregana) or Jelšane (Rupa). At these entry points, Slovenian healthcare workers will take a swab from them to check for COVID-19 infection, after which they will be allowed entry into the country. More detailed instructions will be provided at the entry border crossings themselves.
