
(Patria) - The Šibenik-Knin County Police Department announced on Monday morning that a suspect in the murder of a young man in Drniš has been arrested.
"The 50-year-old suspect has been arrested and taken to police premises for criminal investigation, which is ongoing," the Šibenik-Knin County Police Department announced on its website.
The suspect, 50-year-old Kristijan Aleksić, murdered a 19-year-old pizza delivery boy on his doorstep in Drniš on Saturday evening. Aleksić is known to the police and has a prior conviction for murder, Hina reports.
The Šibenik-Knin County, as the founder of schools in Drniš, decided that classes in primary and secondary schools in Drniš would not be held on Monday. The City of Drniš, as the founder of the Drniš Kindergarten, decided that kindergartens would not operate.
