Driver who killed a three-year-old near Tutin arrested

(Patria) - A tragedy occurred in a village near Tutin, where a three-year-old child was killed by a car, writes Telegraf.

Because of this, A. S. (21) from Tutin was arrested in Novi Pazar, who is charged with reasonable suspicion of committing the criminal offense of causing general danger.

He is suspected of having hit a three-year-old child with his Renault vehicle while reversing in his yard in the village of Nadumce near Tutin yesterday afternoon. The child died in the hospital from the injuries sustained.

The suspect has been detained for up to 48 hours, after which he will be brought before the competent prosecutor's office with a criminal complaint.

The funeral of the deceased child will be held today.
