57 years ago today, the founder of the Ustasha movement Ante Pavelić died in Madrid, reports Patria.
According to Index information, this year too, on the anniversary of his death, a memorial mass will be held, and prayers for Pavelić's soul will be traditionally offered in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Palmotićeva Street in Zagreb.
Last year, in addition to "patriots" and followers of Ante Pavelić, several dozen demonstrators came to the church.
"Fascists attacked us there, they threw buckets, pipes, bars; they tried to snatch our banners," demonstrators claimed last year.
