New protests against violence in Serbia

(Patria) . The sixteenth protest "Serbia Against Violence" is being held in Belgrade, and citizens have also gathered in Kraljevo. The topic of the protest in Belgrade, as previously announced, is education and the question of whether it is possible for the new school year to start normally and for students to be safe, after the tragedy that ended the last academic year.

The protest began at 7 PM, and the gathered Belgrade residents are carrying banners: "While we live in terror, the young suffer", "Count on us", "I wake them up in vain"...

Participants of the procession of the defrocked monk were also present at Nikola Pašić Square, but everything passed without incident, N1 reports.

For this protest, an address by physical education teacher Slavoljub Stojadinović, who prevented a school massacre in 2019, has been announced.

While Belgrade residents are marching, a special performance is taking place in Kraljevo.

As N1 reporter reported, unlike previous weeks when there was also a march in this city, the citizens of Kraljevo gathered tonight in front of the city administration building, and the topic is the scandals that have marked this city since 2012, when the SNS took power in Kraljevo, and which have somehow been hidden from the public eye.

"The city budget is not a dowry. You can marry according to your personal choice, but the budget is not your wedding gift to squander as you please," the gathered citizens told the mayor of Kraljevo, accompanied by a performance of 'asphalting'.
