Five people arrested in Sarajevo: Over 2 kilograms of speed, cannabis, cocaine, money, and a pistol found

Officers of the Federal Police Administration yesterday, in the area of Sarajevo Canton, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton and by order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo, carried out an operation codenamed "AS" in which five people were arrested.

The individuals are B.H. (2002), H.K. (2000), H.B. (2006), S.S. (1989), and D.B. (2002), all from Sarajevo.

- The mentioned individuals are suspected of committing the criminal offense of "Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs" under Article 238 and the criminal offense of "Possession and Enabling the Use of Narcotic Drugs" under Article 239 of the Criminal Code of FBiH, as well as the criminal offense under Article 75, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Acquisition, Possession, and Carrying of Weapons and Ammunition of Sarajevo Canton - stated the FUP.

During the execution of the orders, searches were conducted (of persons, apartments, and vehicles), during which more than 2 kg of substances resembling narcotic drugs were found and confiscated, specifically 1,200 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug Amphetamine, 1 kg of a substance resembling the narcotic drug Cannabis, 15 grams of a substance resembling the narcotic drug cocaine, precision scales, several mobile phones, a large amount of money, a pistol, as well as other items that could be linked to the commission of the mentioned criminal offenses.

The arrested individuals were taken to the official premises of the Federal Police Administration for criminal processing, and a report on the committed criminal offense will be filed against them, it was announced.
