During their stay in Istanbul, where the first World Humanitarian Summit began yesterday, a delegation from the City of Sarajevo, led by Deputy Mayor Abdulah Skaka, met with Zoran Janković, Mayor of Ljubljana, and Nedžad Grabus, Ljubljana Mufti. The meeting was used to exchange ideas and plans that will certainly significantly improve relations between the two capitals of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia, reports the BH News Agency Patria.
At the suggestion of Deputy Mayor Skaka, Mayor Janković stated that activities will be intensively undertaken so that Sarajevo officially gets its street in Ljubljana as soon as possible.
- Sarajevo Street in Ljubljana will symbolically strengthen the traditionally good relations between the citizens of the two capitals, emphasized Deputy Mayor Skaka.
