IN THE COMPANY OF ORBAN AND DODIK Vučić at the display of personnel and equipment of the Serbian Army said the situation in the region is very complex

(Patria) - On the occasion of the Day of the Serbian Army, a display of the capabilities of the Serbian Army "Granit 2023" was held at the military airport "Pukovnik-pilot Milenko Pavlović" in Batajnica near Belgrade. Several thousand soldiers marched down the runway, and missile systems, tanks, helicopters, and planes were exhibited. 

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović arrived in Belgrade today. 

In his address after the conclusion of the display, Dodik said that progress of the Serbian Army is visible.

"Every time I come here, we see how much has changed, a change towards better capability, better equipment, training, and everything that is important for Serbia, its territory, and our people, wherever they may be, to be successfully defended and to deter any attack from those who might potentially want it," said Dodik. 

Answering a question about whether a conflict or unrest is possible due to Sunday's elections in Kosovo, in which the Serbian List will not participate, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić said:

"We will do our best to preserve peace, but the situation in the region is very complex. I cannot say more than that on this day. The situation is very, very complex," said Vučić.
