617,000 people tested in BiH since the start of the pandemic, 381 new cases confirmed

SARAJEVO, (Patria) – In the past 24 hours, 381 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in BiH, without data for the Brčko District.

The Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH was notified of 1,106 samples, of which 348 tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases were registered in all cantons of the Federation of BiH, except for Bosnian-Podrinje, Posavina and Canton 10.

So far, a total of 424,467 samples have been tested, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 81,180 individuals.

As of today, 72,692 patients have recovered in the Federation of BiH. There are currently 5,919 active cases positive for SARS-CoV-2.

In the past 24 hours, one new death was reported to the Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH.

As of today, the number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 2,569.

In the RS, 370 laboratory samples were tested, and the coronavirus was confirmed in 33 individuals.

In the last 24 hours, three deaths with confirmed presence of the coronavirus were reported to the Institute for Public Health of the Republika Srpska.

So far, 41,589 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republika Srpska, and a total of 2,155 individuals with a confirmed coronavirus test have died.

In the Republika Srpska, 29,053 individuals have recovered from the novel coronavirus so far, and a total of 192,011 individuals have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized individuals in the Republika Srpska is 506, with 183 at the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska and 323 in general hospitals.

In the Republika Srpska, 4,362 individuals are currently under health supervision, while supervision has been completed for 132,231 individuals.
