Gathering in Belgrade as part of the "Future of Serbia" campaign

BELGRADE, (Patria) - A large number of participants of the "Future of Serbia" rally gathered in Nikola Pašić Square, with supporters arriving from various directions and from the interior of Serbia, which caused traffic jams. There is a particular standstill in New Belgrade, as the largest number of buses are parked there, and participants are walking from the "Jugoslavija" hotel and the municipality building, N1 Serbia reports. Participants also came from BiH, from Trebinje and Banja Luka.

The situation is the same from the direction of the Fair and Zvezdara.

Participants are carrying Serbian flags and a large banner that reads "Aco Srbine". Well-known Serbian musicians are performing on the stage that has been set up.

The "Future of Serbia" rally begins at 6 PM, and Aleksandar Vučić, Ana Brnabić, Ivica Dačić, Milorad Dodik, and Peter Szijjártó will address the attendees. Streets around the House of the National Assembly are closed to traffic.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić appeared around 6:30 PM, greeting the crowd. Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, was with him. Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabić addressed the gathered supporters, estimated to be around 100,000, listing everything the current government has done in the past period. She accused them of repaying a debt incurred by part of the opposition gathered around the Alliance for Serbia. Brnabić said that she recognized new energy in Vučić and that today's Serbia is equal without divisions.

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić said that Serbia has never been stronger. He spoke about Kosovo, and when mentioning Republika Srpska, he emphasized that it will never agree to its abolition.

The Dveri movement announced that their activists in Majdanpek were attacked by members of the SNS and the Deputy President of the Majdanpek municipality, Elvira (Duda) Toskić Jovanović, when, as stated, they tried to record the low turnout of Majdanpek residents at Aleksandar Vučić's Belgrade rally.
