(Patria) - Fifteen people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred last night on the Adriatic Highway in the town of Dugi Rat, Croatia.
The injured were transported to the Emergency Department of KBC Split for medical assistance, the Split police announced.
A total of 15 people were taken for medical assistance, and there is no official information yet on the extent of their injuries.
The accident involved two cars and a van.
According to the police report, this serious traffic accident occurred around 00:30.
The D8 road was completely closed for the investigation. Traffic from the direction of Split and Omiš was diverted through the town of Gata until 03:50, after which the road was reopened to traffic.
An on-site investigation was conducted, led by the deputy municipal state attorney, with the presence of a court expert and police assistance.
