Party in Serbia demands expulsion of Russian ambassador

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Spokesperson for the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina, Aleksandar Marton, today called on the Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, to expel the Russian ambassador, Aleksandar Bocan-Harchenko, from the country, if it is proven that Russia is behind the right-wing protests.

"If Russia is not behind the right-wing 'Z' demonstrations in Belgrade, you should find out who is actually organizing this orgy. If it is proven that it is indeed the Russians, which I am personally one hundred percent convinced of, it is necessary to urgently expel the Russian ambassador from Serbia," Marton stated in a press release.

Brnabić stated that she "does not believe" that Russia is behind the right-wing protests, "nor that it supports such people."
