
15 streets have been asphalted in Old Town in three months, seven more soon. Hadžijska ravan street in Mošćanica has been repaired and asphalted over a length of 97 meters. The average width of the asphalted section is two and a half meters. This is another street in Old Town planned for repair this year due to the worn-out old asphalt and significant damage to the road. In order to improve the living conditions of the citizens of this local community, the repair of the mentioned street commenced. The works started on Friday and were completed on July 18. The asphalting was carried out by the company KJKP Rad, and the value of the executed works is around 10,000 KM, the Municipality of Old Town announced, reports Patria.
Since May this year, 15 streets have been repaired and asphalted in the municipality of Old Town, and seven more streets will soon get new asphalt, which will improve the living conditions of the citizens of this oldest city municipality. Repairs and asphalting were carried out in the streets: Jarčedoli, Nadmlini, Josipa Štadlera, Džemala Čelića, Sulejmana Zolja, Alije Nametka, Komatin, the road to the Friendship Forest Park on Grdonj, Mejlijina, parts of Ploča and Hadžijamakova streets, Sedrenik mali, Strošići (second phase), Nova Baruthana, and Hadžijska ravan. Works will soon begin in the streets Mošćanica čikma, Bostarići, and Mahmutovac, and asphalting has been contracted for four more streets: Fazilin sokak, Sarajevskih gazija up to number 40, Musluk česma, and Hladivode near number 23.
