Grbavica Stadium: Works on the North Stand Completed with Seat Installation

Works at Grbavica Stadium are proceeding according to plan, and the works on the north stand have been completed, giving it a new look, FK Željezničar announced, reports the BH News Agency Patria.

After the delivery of the seats, their installation on the parts of the stand that were previously empty followed. The installation of the seats was completed on Saturday morning, thus completing the works on the north stand as part of the European Grbavica project.

At the end of last month, all seats on the north stand were cleaned with a special hygienic agent, restoring their original appearance.

On the west stand, waterproofing is currently underway, followed by the installation of the structure and seats.

After the dismantling of the wooden structure and its removal from the west stand, waterproofing is underway, which will solve the long-standing problem of leaks in the rooms under the stand. Upon completion of these works, the installation of the structure, and then the seats, will follow.

The steel structure has already been delivered to Grbavica Stadium. All works are proceeding according to plan and will be completed by the deadline of May 31, 2016.
