'Serbia Against Violence' Calls for Protests Over Election Theft: The Electoral Will of Belgrade Residents Drastically Changed

(Patria) - The 'Serbia Against Violence' coalition called on Belgrade residents last night after the end of election day to protest against, as they say, 'theft of electoral will'.

According to the statement, based on 81 percent of counted votes in Belgrade, the SNS list has 21 thousand more votes than the 'Serbia Against Violence' list.

'Given that over 40,000 people without legal residence in Belgrade were organized and brought in to support the SNS list, thereby drastically changing the electoral will of Belgrade residents, we demand the annulment of the elections in the city of Belgrade and the repetition of the vote for the City Assembly,' the statement said.

Previously, it was stated, they demand 'cleaning of the voter list'.

'We call on the citizens of Belgrade to protest against the theft of electoral will in front of the City Assembly (Old Palace) at 6 PM, from where we will head towards the headquarters of the Republic Electoral Commission in Kralja Milana Street,' the SPN statement concludes.
