CAN THE OPPOSITION EXTINGUISH THE DARKNESS, OR ARE WE DOOMED TO THE TYRANNY OF THE LADY FROM KCUS?

About ten days ago, information leaked in media and political circles that Sebija Izetbegović, director of the University Clinical Center Sarajevo, is pressuring parliamentarians to cancel the session of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding KCUS.

Today, confirmation arrived - Sebija has pressured enough, the session has been CANCELLED. Lady Sebija is our Kim Jong-un. She doesn't dictate our haircuts yet, but she, her Bakir-bay, and their party have been shearing us like sheep for decades.

However, today they have officially led us into dictatorship.

Mirsad Zaimović, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, according to assessments by fellow journalists and parliamentary representatives, is doing a good job. Everyone agrees unanimously. Actually, he was doing a good job. Today, he has nullified all of that.

Political courage is resisting political fascism. And Zaimović failed or refused to resist. Colleagues from the SDA parliamentary group have certainly pressured him.

Besides trampling on democracy and the order of this country, or rather its entity, Zaimović, under the pressure and orders of Lady Sebija, violated the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

What kind of message is this to the citizens of the Federation and the country? Is the system set up to serve Sebija Izetbegović? Whom are you lying to, gentlemen from SDA? Abolish the elections!

Because what do we need Parliament for, we are just spending millions on representatives, and then this Sebija, the lady, the representative, the director, the ruler, and the dictator, FORBIDS the holding of a session.

Is this circus on the backs of those who haven't managed or decided to escape enough? Do the representatives in the House of Representatives, especially from the parliamentary majority clubs (Seka, SDA, HDZ, SBB, and DF-GS), have the shame to look Denis Smajlović, a father who drives his daughter from Sarajevo to Turkey because Lady Sebija told him she WOULD NOT treat his child? Do they know how much Denis is suffering? Do they understand that people are afraid to go to KCUS?

NO! They have no shame, nor do they care about the people. They are just political robots of a few leaders and the supreme leader in the person of Sebija Izetbegović.

For them, there is no Constitution, no law, no Rules of Procedure. They have trampled on all of it by canceling the session.

The Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives should be abolished, and a decree should be introduced that sessions are held according to the wishes of Sebija Izetbegović, SDA, and their majority, or possibly the leadership of the House - Mirsad Zaimović and Mladen Bošković.

In this specific case, by canceling a legally scheduled session, Article 98 of the aforementioned Rules of Procedure was violated, which states: At the written proposal of 20 representatives in the House of Representatives, on issues they consider extremely important, the Speaker is obliged to convene a session within a period shorter than 14 days after receiving the proposal.

If the Speaker does not convene a session within the prescribed period, the Deputy Speakers are obliged to convene a session within the next seven days.

In the event that the Deputy Speakers do not act within the prescribed period, 20 representatives have the right, with the professional assistance of the Secretary of the House of Representatives, to convene a session.”

Zaimović also violated several provisions of Article 41 of the Rules of Procedure: “ensures the application of these Rules of Procedure; ensures the realization of the rights and duties of representatives in the House of Representatives in connection with the performance of their functions within the scope of the House of Representatives.”

Black and white, as the people say. But what's the use of that, when there is a ruler above the law.

As an “excuse,” Zaimović offered the story that he postponed the session because there are other requests to discuss healthcare in other cantons, not just Sarajevo. Čović's minister, Vjekoslav Mandić, also helped with the story that he cannot provide the necessary materials and data by January 28.

And what now? Should we wait for a new request from some 20 representatives, and then again wait to see if Sebija Izetbegović will allow a session?

As I write this, I am thinking about how they would react to such a situation in France, Germany... Or some other orderly country.

Certainly, they would not sit idly by and watch Macron's lady destroy what is called the highest legislative body.

This is where we come to what is called the opposition in an orderly world. The French opposition would take hundreds of thousands of citizens to the streets within 24 hours.

Our opposition conducts its fight with press releases and media statements. This is perhaps a bigger problem than the lady from Košev.

I wonder if this opposition has the capacity to bring citizens to relevant institutions and finally initiate some form of rebellion against oppression. Because their passivity has led SDA and HDZ, their satellites and leaders, into a situation where they act like gods of this society.

We DO NOT NEED such an opposition. It is not worthy of its task and role.

Is there anyone willing to extinguish the darkness in this society? To stop the reign of terror and tyranny. Because no tyranny in history has lasted forever. Each has its deadline, only it is longer than many lives.
Either we will extinguish that darkness, or our lives will depend on the whims of the nation's ruler - Kim Sebi-ja KCUS!
