First, Romania was hit by an earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale, with the epicenter 70 kilometers from the city of Drobeta-Turnu Severin.
"I was in the parking lot. Soon I felt a small tremor, all the neighbors came out into the street scared," one of the witnesses of the earthquake commented on the EMSC page.
"I was in bed, it started to shake. The TV was shaking too," another comment said.
Romania was then hit by two weaker earthquakes measuring 3 and 2.4 on the Richter scale.
After that, an earthquake in Croatia measuring 2.9 on the scale followed, and it was felt in the Sisak area. According to the page, the epicenter was 13 kilometers from Sisak and 59 kilometers from Zagreb.
"It lasted a few seconds, it hasn't been this strong in this area for a long time," one of the comments on the EMSC page said.
We remind you that at the end of 2020, this area was hit by a strong earthquake, measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale, and seven people died.

"A slight sway for 10 seconds," one user stated.
The tremor was also felt in Vršac, Kučevo, Bor, Zaječar... "Zaječar, ground shaking, chandeliers swaying and cupboards opening," reads one of the comments.
