SDA on reception for Dodik: Bad message from official Zagreb

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The reception organized by Croatian President and Prime Minister Zoran Milanović and Andrej Plenković for Milorad Dodik carries the danger of further destabilization of the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the SDA announced.

They added that the complete bypassing of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH is a very bad message from official Zagreb to our country.

"It is extremely harmful that the President of Croatia is ignoring the invitation of the Presidency of BiH for an exchange of visits, while at the same time receiving Dodik, who constantly threatens the division of BiH, blocks the work of state institutions and the Euro-Atlantic path of the country, insults Bosniaks and Croats by calling them 'balijas' and 'ustašas' from the parliamentary podium, and prevents them from their right to legitimate representatives in the Government of Republika Srpska," the SDA statement reads.

The SDA calls on the President and Prime Minister of Croatia to bear in mind the exceptional importance of relations between BiH and Croatia, as well as between Bosniaks and Croats, and not to send messages that introduce additional distrust and damage relations between the two countries and two peoples.
