Sberbank Zagreb can seize Agrokor's membership stakes in Konzum BiH

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo on August 27 this year adopted a Decision on Execution in favor of Sberbank Zagreb, which allows execution on Agrokor's membership stakes in Konzum in BiH.

Namely, as the court determined, if Agrokor does not pay its due obligation in the amount of 156,483,049.06 Croatian kuna (41,341,921.79 KM) to Sberbank Zagreb, within three days of receiving this decision, Sberbank Zagreb will be able to collect its claim by seizing, appraising, and selling the membership stakes owned by Agrokor in the share capital of Konzum BiH (in the amount of 26.90 percent), reports business-magazine.ba

Sberbank Zagreb was represented in this procedure by Vladimir Markuš, a lawyer from Banja Luka, while lawyer Branko Marić from Sarajevo represented Agrokor.
