SARAJevo, (Patria) - Following Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović's statement that militant Islam governs Bosnia and Herzegovina, numerous reactions followed in BiH.
The SBB states that the statement by the President of the Republic of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, that militant Islam allegedly governs Bosnia and Herzegovina is incomprehensible.
"The claim that our country is being turned into a new political target is completely unnecessary and untrue. As a good neighbor, Croatia must not do this to a people who have suffered genocide. No one can justify such grave insults with an obvious election campaign, because Kitarović has been trying to behave patronizingly towards BiH several times already.
As a sovereign and political people, and Bosniaks are precisely that, they will never allow it, because with their multiculturalism, tradition, anti-fascism, preservation of the values of indigenous Islam, and their clear pro-Western and European path, they have shown their commitment to what BiH truly wants," the SBB statement reads.
