Reis Kavazović wrote to Croatian President: Stop the negative campaign

After repeated accusations by the President of the Republic of Croatia, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, against Bosnia and Herzegovina and Bosniaks, labelling Bosnian Muslims and their country as a potential terrorist threat to neighbours and Europe, the Rais al-Ulama of the Islamic Community in BiH, Husein ef. Kavazović, decided to send another letter to the Croatian President.

The letter calls on the President and other bodies and officials of the Republic of Croatia to stop the malicious campaign aimed at discrediting Bosniaks and sowing fear of their presence in Europe.

Furthermore, the Rais al-Ulama demands that the President, in order to preserve good neighbourly relations, clarify the evidence on the basis of which she makes her claims that Muslims in BiH and the surrounding area pose a danger to Croatia and Europe - it was announced from the Islamic Community of BiH.
