Radončić on lawsuit against Serbia: Izetbegović took that responsibility from the citizens

Fahrudin Radončić, the president of SBB, commented today on the possibility of revising BiH's lawsuit against Serbia and stated that SBB has no relevant information, but that they will follow Izetbegović in his decision, writes the BiH news agency Patria.

- This does not make anything easier for him, on the contrary, it will be harder for him because he has to bear that responsibility, but after all, as the winner for the Bosniak member of the Presidency, he took that responsibility from the citizens, and we want him to handle it in the most correct way.
- Mr. Izetbegović has been a member of the Presidency for 6.5 years, he has direct contact with our intelligence and security structures, and I think he is the most competent, if he has taken into account his obligation to constantly work, that the lawsuit has new facts, that the lawsuit is well-founded and has new elements, and he is most responsible for making a decision about it – Radončić said.

When asked if filing the lawsuit could cause problems in the functioning of BiH institutions because the кадровi (personnel) of the Alliance for Change announced their withdrawal, Radončić said:

- Genocide happened to the Bosniaks. This is a response to the policy of Slobodan Milošević, Mr. Izetbegović is right about that, not about the policy of Mr. Dodik or the Alliance for Change now. I think that everything that can be verified in court should be used, and it is a legitimate right of BiH and Bosniaks, and in that sense, it is best to behave legalistically.

He did, however, say that even if a lawsuit is filed, he hopes that Serbian кадровi (personnel) will still participate in the institutions.
