Radončić: Bosniak-Croat relations are worse than ever, candidate for minister is Ismir Jusko

The meeting between HDZ leader Dragan Čović and SBB leader Fahrudin Radončić has concluded in the BiH Presidency building. Radončić told reporters after the meeting that Bosniak-Croat relations have never been in a worse position, and that the main topic of today's meeting was to relax those relations, reports a reporter from the Patria News Agency.

- Relations have not been worse for a long time - Radončić said after the meeting.

When asked about Bakir Dautabašić withdrawing his candidacy for the Minister of Transport and Communications, Radončić stated that this was done to relax relations between the coalition partners.

- The new candidate will most likely be Ismir Jusko - Radončić pointed out.

When asked when he would meet with Izetbegović, Radončić said that he does not yet have a scheduled meeting with the SDA leader, nor has he spoken with him. What is certain is that representatives of SDA and SBB are negotiating in Mostar today, followed by representatives of SDA and HDZ regarding the problems with the elections in Mostar.

13:30 Fahrudin Radončić, the leader of SBB, is in the BiH Presidency building, and according to some media, Radončić is in a meeting with the leader of HDZ BiH, Dragan Čović, but most other media outlets have reported that he is in a meeting with the president of SDA, Bakir Izetbegović, reports a reporter from the Patria News Agency.

Journalists in front of the Presidency building are confused about who Radončić actually met with, as a photo has also appeared showing Radončić sitting with Čović.

It is not yet known whether Radončić will have a meeting with Izetbegović immediately today.

Otherwise, the BiH Court informed Asim Crnalić, the head of Fahrudin Radončić's defense team, today that the SBB leader and delegate in the House of Peoples of BiH, Fahrudin Radončić, can meet and communicate with Bakir Izetbegović, the Chairman of the BiH Presidency and leader of SDA.

Radončić arrived at the Presidency building around 13:30.

Given the current situation in BiH, as well as the increasingly frequent problems in the SDA, HDZ, and SBB coalition, the two leaders will have much to discuss. Otherwise, a statement was issued by SBB today stating that Bakir Dautbašić has withdrawn his candidacy for the position of Minister of Transport and Communications of BiH, so Radončić will likely inform Izetbegović about this as well.

There are also problems at the level of the FBiH Government, i.e., the FBiH Parliament, where the agenda of the session was not adopted yesterday, which speaks volumes about the stability of the coalition and the shaken relations within it.
