For the first time in history, a presidential candidate admitted: Genocide happened in Srebrenica in the name of Serbia

Serbian presidential candidate Saša Janković stated that genocide occurred in Srebrenica, which Aleksandar Vučić, the favorite in the upcoming elections, has been denying for years, according to Serbian media, writes Patria. 

-The most horrific crime occurred in Srebrenica, which the International Court of Justice in The Hague determined to be genocide. It did not determine that Serbia committed it, but it did reproach Serbia for not doing more to prevent it. We need to return to that and face the fact that it was a horrific crime. Thousands of people were killed with the intention of cleansing that area. And someone did that in the name of the Republic of Serbia. That is terrifying. For me, as an ethnic Serb, it is a shadow on our collective spirit that we must remove, Janković said and added.

 -And we will remove it only if there are no 'buts'. So, no 'but others did too', that's too much. Let's do everything we can, then with a clear heart and a clear conscience, let's turn to our neighbors and ask them: can we help you?, Janković said.
