In Kasima Prohića Street in the Sarajevo settlement of Dobrinja 3, between numbers 10 and 8, a pothole in the middle of this very busy street has not been asphalted for months, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
The pothole initially appeared at the beginning of July, posing a danger to both pedestrians and cars. After 14 days, the Municipality of Novi Grad hired a contractor who only filled the pothole with gravel, but this part of the road has not been asphalted to this day.
Given that this is one of the busiest streets in this part of Dobrinja, the passage of cars quickly led to a depression, and with every heavy rain, the pothole fills with water, and gravel and larger stones are scattered across the street.
Given that the local elections have passed and Mayor Semir Efendić has renewed his mandate, we hope that a final repair of the pothole will be undertaken very soon.
