One offer was received for the Public Call for the collection of closed bids for the sale of 17 properties - petrol stations and business premises in the Republic of Croatia, by seller Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo, which was formally and legally correct. The APF Commission declared DIRUS PROJEKT d.o.o. Zagreb the winner of the tender, the Agency announced, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
- The bidder offered a price of 6,615,000.00 euros, will invest 3,100,000.00 euros within three years, and will take over 61 employees of Energoinvest Hrvatska d.o.o. and ensure their employment in accordance with the Labour Act of the Republic of Croatia. After harmonizing the contract elements between the buyer and the seller, a sales contract will be signed - it was announced.
The sale followed the Decision of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which gave its consent to the decisions of the Supervisory Board of the company "Energoinvest" d.d. Sarajevo to initiate activities for the sale of real estate through the small privatization process.
