Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić received death threats

Serbian Minister of Internal Affairs Nebojša Stefanović stated today that the Department for High-Tech Crime has launched an investigation into death threats directed at Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić, which were posted on social media on Tuesday by an organization calling itself "Crna ruka" (Black Hand), Blic reported, as conveyed by the Patria News Agency.

The organization "Crna ruka" issued public death threats to Prime Minister Vučić via the Facebook profile of one "Goran Vlade Kerkez", due to the alleged "ordered" arrest of Radomir Počuča in Ukraine.

The aforementioned post explains that the Prime Minister "ordered" Počuča's arrest, which is why "Serbian patriots" gathered into the organization "Crna ruka Srbija" and announced a "public hunt" for Vučić.

Serbian Minister of Internal Affairs Nebojša Stefanović stated today, regarding the threats to the Prime Minister, that the police department for high-tech crime has identified one of the countries from which these threats were sent and is working with the police of that country to identify the IP address from which they were sent.

- The Department for High-Tech Crime has launched an investigation, we have identified one of the countries from which the threats originated, but I cannot say which country it is. We are working with the police of that country to identify the IP address - Stefanović said.

Stefanović told an extraordinary press conference that the Ministry of Internal Affairs takes all threats seriously and analyzes them, and that the speed at which details about the "Crna ruka" threat will be uncovered will depend on how the police of the country from which the threat was sent operates.
