Presidency Adopts Proposal on Resolving State Border Between BiH and Croatia

(Patria) - The BiH Presidency at today's session considered the progress of the ratification of the State Border Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia. The BiH Presidency
adopted a conclusion tasking the Council of Ministers of BiH and the State Border Commission of BiH
to submit a Report on the negotiations held so far regarding the interstate demarcation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and
the Republic of Croatia to the BiH Presidency no later than 45 days.

The BiH Presidency tasks the Council of Ministers of BiH and the State Border Commission
of BiH to take the necessary measures to speed up the continuation of the ratification process of the State Border Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and
the Republic of Croatia no later than 60 days.

At today's session, the BiH Presidency made decisions to accept: the Financing Agreement for the Annual Action Plan in support of the Energy Support Package for the Western Balkans for the benefit of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2023 between
the European Union, represented by the European Commission, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, represented by the Directorate for European Integration of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Agreement between the Ministry of Defence of BiH and the Ministry of National Defence of Romania on Defence Cooperation, the International Agreement between the European Union, on the one part, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the other part, on the participation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Union's Single Market Programme, the Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on the reconstruction of the Brčko (BiH) – Gunja (HR) bridge on M-14.1/DC 214 (HR).

The BiH Presidency also accepted the institutional patronage of the Jahorina Economic Forum
which will be held on Jahorina on April 27 and 28, 2023.
