Search for Split taxi driver: Frenchwoman (20) reports rape

(Patria) - Four days ago, a 20-year-old Frenchwoman reported a rape to the Split police. She claims she was raped by a taxi driver during a ride to a nightclub.

The case is being intensively worked on, according to Dalmatinski portal, although the suspect, as far as is known, has not yet been arrested and brought in for criminal investigation.

At the end of last month, the police arrested a 23-year-old taxi driver who was accused by a slightly older British woman of raping her while they were waiting for her friend to bring dinner. The British woman left Croatia after reporting the incident, and the taxi driver was released with a restraining order, i.e., a ban on contacting the victim and her friend.
