Possibility of Vučić and Osmani meeting in Spain

(Patria) - The Presidents of Serbia and Kosovo, Aleksandar Vučić and Vjosa Osmani, will participate today in the summit of the European Political Community in Granada, Spain.

The British newspaper The Guardian, citing unnamed sources, writes that there are efforts to organize their meeting.

Belgrade's Danas, also citing Western sources, states that "there are efforts" to "bring Vučić and Osmani into the same room".

President of the European Council Charles Michel told reporters in Brussels, ahead of the gathering in Spain, that EU enlargement will be among the main topics of the European Political Community summit, as well as the informal EU summit a day later.

Michel stated that the current situation in Kosovo will be discussed on the sidelines of the EU summit, warning that "violence is not acceptable" and that "disagreements between Kosovo and Serbia must be resolved as a condition for integration into the EU".
