Assistance to BiH citizens: A thank you note to the BiH Embassy in Slovenia and Mirsad Muhović

A thank you note from the director of the travel agency Grand Tours Šaćir Jašarević to the staff of the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Slovenia has arrived, for the assistance they provided to BiH citizens who were left without documents, writes the Patria News Agency.

- I take this opportunity to thank our Embassy in the Republic of Slovenia, and especially Mr. Mirsad Muhović, who, through his professional engagement and dedication, mediated in the preparation and provision of necessary documents for our passengers Almin and Selma Škrbo, who were left without travel documents during their stay in the EU - reads the thank you note addressed to the BiH Embassy in Slovenia.

Two passengers lost their travel documents somewhere at the bus station. Given that it was a group, Muhović immediately made himself available to them and personally took them to the police where they gave statements about the loss of documents. They received the necessary travel documents at our embassy within an hour, so they could continue their journey to BiH.

Otherwise, all BiH citizens who are left without documents or need any other information can contact the BiH Embassy in Slovenia.

BiH has not yet appointed a new ambassador to Slovenia, and Željko Jerkić has returned to BiH. Mirsad Muhović serves as Minister-Counselor at the BiH Embassy in Slovenia.
