PK Spid swimmers won seven medals in Belgrade

BELGRADE, (Patria) - This year's competition for persons with disabilities, the sixth Belgrade Open 2019, was attended by over 800 competitors from 25 countries who competed in thirteen sports. The swimming competition was also the Serbian National Swimming Championship.

Swimmers from Sarajevo's PK Spid participated with six swimmers who had twelve starts and won seven medals (one gold, three silver, and three bronze medals), and broke two national records and nine personal records. PK Spid was represented by: Nermin Memić - 50m freestyle won silver and 100 meters freestyle bronze, Ajdin Karišik - 50m freestyle silver, 100 meters freestyle bronze, Muhamed Merdzanović, Stefan Đorđević, Ismail Barlov - 50m backstroke silver, Ismail Zulfić - 50m freestyle bronze, 50m backstroke gold medal.

Coaches Ilda Kukuruzović, Azra Rebronja, and Amel Kapo were in attendance.
