Pešić on Vučić: Boycott, my foot, just a bullet to the head

Although Pešić kept this tweet "live" for a very short time, the media managed to track and record it, and the political scene in Serbia was boiling on Saturday afternoon. 

Vučić's party colleagues, MPs and ministers of the SNS, and the media controlled by the SNS, set out to defend the President of Serbia. 

Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Zorana Mihajlović assessed the threats as scandalous.

This is not just hate speech, said Mihajlović, but also a call for a physical confrontation with the President of Serbia.

"Politics should be a competition of different programs and visions, in which citizens choose, not a life-and-death struggle in which political disagreement turns into open hatred and calls for the murder of political opponents," the Serbian minister said.
