PELJEŠAC BRIDGE Zvizdić in separate meetings with Plenković and Li Keqiang

(Patria) - A summit of prime ministers and ministers from 15 Central and Eastern European countries participating in the 16+1 initiative is being held in Dubrovnik.

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang yesterday marked the completion of the first phase of the construction of the Pelješac Bridge by visiting the construction site with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.

Denis Zvizdić, Chairman of the Council of Ministers, is holding bilateral meetings with both Plenković and Li Keqiang, where he is expected to once again express his disapproval regarding the construction of the Pelješac Bridge.

Zvizdić has repeatedly stated regarding the construction of the Pelješac Bridge that it is surprising that Croatia decided to proceed with this project before the border issue between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia in this part of the Mali Ston Bay was resolved.
