Pacolli to Abazović: Don't enter Montenegrin government, you will harm Kosovo

(Patria) - Kosovo politician and businessman, and President of the Alliance for New Kosovo Behgjet Pacolli has asked the president of the Civic Movement URA Dritan Abazović not to enter the Montenegrin government because he will cause great damage to Kosovo.

Pacolli stated on his Facebook profile that only by not entering the government will he prevent Montenegro from withdrawing its recognition of Kosovo.

Dritan Abazović had previously announced that he would leave the new government if it attempted to withdraw its recognition of Kosovo, however, Pacolli says that Abazović and his coalition will not be able to stop this if he allows the new government to be formed.

"They will withdraw the recognition of Kosovo, and you will not be able to prevent it by leaving the government because it will be too late," Pacolli wrote, adding:

"Please don't do it, because the damage that would be done to Kosovo will be irreparable in the first place. Your responsibility in this case is great."
