Advent in Zagreb Opens, Numerous Attractions Prepared

(Patria) - Christmas holidays are approaching and the Advent season, for many the favorite part of the year, is beginning. In cities across Croatia, from Osijek through Zagreb, Rijeka, Split to Dubrovnik, the first Advent candle will be lit.

Zagreb's Advent, the city's most famous tourist event, will once again shine brightly this year, and the ice rink on Tomislavac is returning. 

Visitors will be able to enjoy more than 20 locations, three of which are new - Grič Park, old Vlaška Street, and Dr. Franjo Tuđman Square, where a Ferris wheel, the main attraction of this year's Advent, will be installed.

A large turnout is expected for this year's Advent, both from Croatia and abroad. Everything lasts until January 7, 2023.
