Osmani praises Kosovo police, attackers brought to police station

(Patria) - Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani spoke on social media, giving full support to members of the Kosovo police who have been battling around thirty attackers since early morning hours, who after killing a police officer fled to a monastery in Banjska.

"We stand with the Kosovo Police in our noble mission to defend the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo. Terrorists cannot break us, they only strengthen our determination!

Thank you to our heroes in uniform! Kosovo is eternal," Osmani wrote.

Kosovo special police arrested several individuals, including the attackers as well as persons suspected of helping them.

Kosovo police officers brought one arrested attacker to Mitrovica. So far, it has been confirmed that three attackers were killed, and the police managed to enter the monastery in Banjska to end the terrorist crisis.
