Due to the announcement that Kosovo Liberation Army veterans will protest in Skopje, a large number of police officers have been deployed in the capital of Macedonia, reports the Patria News Agency.
According to local media, police cordons have been set up in front of the Macedonian Parliament building, where the protest is expected to end.
Traffic on Skopje's main street is blocked, and the protest of Albanians is led by the leader of the Reform Movement and KLA veterans' organization, Zijadin Sela.
The Macedonian portal "Plus info" states that the protest will begin at the overpass in Bit Pazar, and that the demonstrators have announced that they will continue their "march" to the Parliament.
