Response from the BiH Prosecutor's Office on the adopted law in the RS National Assembly: We are monitoring the situation with law enforcement agencies

The BiH Prosecutor's Office today responded to the Novinska agencija Patria's inquiry yesterday whether this prosecutor's office will act against Milorad Dodik and the RS National Assembly, which yesterday adopted the Law on Non-Enforcement of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in that entity.

"The BiH Prosecutor's Office and law enforcement agencies are monitoring the situation and will take measures against persons who commit any of the criminal offenses from the Criminal Code of BiH," reads the response from the BiH Prosecutor's Office.

The Constitutional Court of BiH is a Dayton category, and any action against this court is a dismantling of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

For now, the High Representative Christian Schmidt has also not reacted.

Member of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović stated today that he is giving the international community seven days to resolve this situation.
