The Institute for Genocide Research Canada {IGK} has sent an open letter to the High Representative in BiH, Christian Schmidt, demanding that, based on the Bonn Powers, he remove the Chairwoman of the Presidency of BiH, Željka Cvijanović, for participating in a military exercise of the Serbian Armed Forces!
"It is your duty to protect the state of BiH. It is your duty to stand with the frightened citizens of BiH who worry about their own future and the future of their homeland. You cannot side with the destroyers of the state of BiH.
The presence of the Chairwoman of the Presidency of BiH, Željka Cvijanović, at a military exercise of the Serbian Armed Forces is a direct blow to the state of BiH, its security, and a direct blow to the safety of the citizens of BiH. We remind you that the IGK has filed a criminal complaint against Željka Cvijanović for violating the Criminal Code of BiH, which prohibits the denial of genocide, as well as for attempting to undermine the constitutional and legal order of BiH and violating the territorial integrity, sovereignty, independence, and political-legal subjectivity of BiH.
One cannot be the president of a state whose constitution they violate, which they deny, and whose functioning they continuously block. The IGK calls on you to finally start doing your most important job, protecting the state of BiH, by removing from state functions all those who directly work against the state. The IGK has called on the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, for Canada, as a member of the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council, to sanction Željka Cvijanović," the IGK stated.
