NEW PROTESTS ACROSS SERBIA 'Vučić, leave' message is clear!

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The protest "Srbija protiv nasilja" is simultaneously being held in Niš, Kragujevac, Novi Sad and Belgrade. Gatherings are announced for 6 PM.

At the protest in Belgrade, Smiljan Banjac, journalist and presenter, addressed the crowd.

At the very beginning, he called on citizens to chant "Vučić, leave".

"Good evening, persistent citizens. Thank you for being here for the seventh time. We believed and hoped that those who make decisions would finally learn what responsibility is. Although aware that we have no more time, we waited calmly and patiently, because we want to be better than them. For more than six weeks, all of us on the streets have been crying out for our demands to be met," Banjac said.

He added that they are sending the message: "Either the violence will stop, or Serbia will stop."

At the protest, cardboard figures symbolizing people in prisoner suits are visible again. 

These are Aleksandar Vučić, Aleksandar Šapić, Zagorka Dolovac, Bratislav Gašić and Aleksandar Vulin.
