Nikolić: There is no opposition in Serbia now, just like in Milošević's time

Milan Nikolić, a well-known sociologist, commented on the results of the early parliamentary elections in Serbia and stated that he is concerned about the lack of opposition in Serbia. He particularly noted that it is very bad that there will be no real democracy in Parliament, given that Aleksandar Vučić and his SNS will not actually have to form a coalition.

- I am afraid that there will be no different opinions in Parliament, but that everything will come from one side. It will be somewhat one-sided, which is not a characteristic of the democratic spirit. That is not good. We had a similar situation during the time of Slobodan Milošević, and we all know that did not end well - said Nikolić as a guest on RTS, reports the Patria News Agency.
