Nikolić shocked: "Croatia does not want good relations with Serbia"

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolić is shocked by the action of his Croatian counterpart Kolinda Grabar Kitarović, who apologized to the local public for distributing chocolates produced in Serbia to children in Dubrovnik at the beginning of the week, along with her photograph signed in gold letters, reports Tanjug, as conveyed by Patria.

President Nikolić emphasizes that all of this indicates that Croatia does not want good relations with Serbia.

- If Serbian chocolates are a problem for Croats, then all talk about friendship between the two countries becomes meaningless, and we can only expect unpleasantness from Croats, says President Nikolić to the Serbian newspaper Kurir.

- Of course, it would not be a problem for me to give Croatian chocolates to children. Kolinda still has to grow up! Then all talk about friendship becomes meaningless, and we can only expect unpleasantness from Croats if chocolates are a problem for them, says Nikolić, adding that he has probably also given out Croatian products.

The President of Serbia confirms that there are products from Croatia and Slovenia in his home as well, because when he buys something, he says, he looks to see if he likes it.

- I did not attach any importance to that. There are Croatian products in my home, as well as Slovenian ones. Countries that are at war fight like that, and I haven't heard that Croatia has declared war on us. But they are behaving like that, said Nikolić and added:

- I don't look at whose product it is when I buy something; what matters is that I like it. And how can it be a problem for me when Todorić entered Serbia and bought everything – oil and everything else. So what should we do, stop eating? This is a very clear sign that that country does not want good relations with Serbia, Nikolić underlined for Kurir, as reported by Tanjug.
