SARAJEVO, (Patria) - A large number of graffiti calling on citizens to resist appeared this morning on the main street of North Mitrovica, as well as on the city promenade, reports "Kosovo online".
"From 21.11.2022, it is everyone's obligation, resistance at every step. Brigade North," reads the graffiti.
The decision of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, on re-registration and the announcement that from November 21, all those who kept KM license plates, i.e., did not re-register them to RKS, will be fined 150 euros, has caused tension in the Pristina-Belgrade relationship.
Ministers of EU member states will meet tomorrow in Brussels, where they will discuss the Western Balkans, i.e., the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
