Nationalist Boomerang to Croatia

It seems to me that General Praljak was convinced that Croatia would succeed in exerting political pressure on the Hague Tribunal and secure an acquittal. No one can escape justice. Not in life, nor in death. This message was sent, and on Republic Day, to the political regime of Croatia. An entire political project, which is still alive today, has been judged.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially Bosniaks, were subjected to unprecedented violence by the political leadership of Croatia and the exponents of that policy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Croatian media utilized their maximum capacity to demonize Bosniaks, to equate them with ISIS members, to portray them as an uncivilized nation ruled by religious leaders whose policies only entail jihad and the Islamization of everything. An attempt was made to create an image of Sarajevo as the greatest danger to modern Europe, as a place of the most brutal barbarism and the worst kind of violence.

The Croatian people in Bosnia and Herzegovina were confused by propaganda, brought into a situation where they feared for their own survival, because the "evil" Muslims, with whom they lived, were not sleeping, waiting for a convenient moment to attack them. Why? To justify the misdeeds of a policy in the eyes of the world, to present inhumanity as humane.

Enough, Republic of Croatia, you have spoken in our name, and enough you have "defended" us. It is time for you to withdraw, because the world sees both us and you, it sees your tanks crushing our ancestral lands, it sees how you abuse Croats in BiH. It is now evident that you wanted to present a rigid fascist policy as humanitarian. This is not a criticism of the Croatian people, because there are more anti-fascists than fascists in Croatia, only fascists, as everywhere, are violent and loud. Citizens of the Republic of Croatia should stand with human values, not those served to them by politicians of questionable morality and conscience.

This is also a message to us in Bosnia and Herzegovina. They told us that we have wronged each other, that we should not have agreed to go to war and that we made a mistake. Of course, it is to be expected that politicians who live off these mistakes will do everything to justify them, but let us be smart enough to know that one can be a Bosniak, a Serb, and a Croat without 'balijas', 'četniks', and 'ustaše'.

God has opened our eyes, the state has been entrusted to us, let's arrange it so that the whole world envies us. We can and know how to do it. There is no need for us to fear each other anymore and to inflict harm on each other. We know everything about ourselves, both our virtues and our flaws. We know our advantages and disadvantages.

Let peace and humanity be our guides in the future in our mutual relations, as well as in relations with our neighbors. Believe me, we do not need Belgrade, nor Zagreb, nor Brussels, nor Moscow, nor Riyadh, nor Ankara, nor Washington, etc., to tell us how to live. It is time to break the ties that bind us, to stop being a pawn for the bargaining of both our neighbors and the world.

The first thing we need to do is punish the post-war criminals who are robbing us, deceiving us, and selling us to international swindlers. Especially those who have become rich by protecting vital national interests – these are the real criminals.
